What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Operations Manager, Admin, and Marketing Coordinator position at Brick River?
We are looking for a person to be the lead on operations and also do some administrative and marketing tasks. The job is 9 per week in our office in Exeter NH.

The things we need this person to do
- Be the company's "Atomic Habits Ensurer". We need you to make sure we do our weekly meetings on marketing, sales, cash flow, and product management.
- When we do these meetings you'll be in them and be a huge part of the strategy discussions. You'll discuss future cash flow scenarios. You'll discuss marketing ideas, sales ideas.
- We are only 7 people so your brain will be a part of what we decide to do.
- You'l coordinate our yearly user meeting. This July it is in Portsmouth.
- You'll do some writing. You'll send an email blast or two weekly to our nonprofit customers. So ya gotta be able to write and have a personality.
- You'll coordinate training or marketing zoom meetings and webinars.
- You'll talk to our customers and handle any billing questions they have.
- You'll send invoices weekly in QuickBooks. You'll edit and add clients.
- You'll pay contractors.
- You'll log into our HR system every now and again and do little admin stuff.
- If you're game and can write, we may have you post on social media.
- You'll gather documents if clients need them.
- You'll ensure we are tracking and billing for our time.
- You'll talk with our cybersecurity person once a week and organize cybersecurity documents in our Basecamp.
You should have a college degree.
You should be within about 20 minutes of our office in downtown Exeter NH because the job is onsite and we don't want people to have to drive too far.
All of our customers are nonprofits so you should be nice, friendly, and ideally be interested in this realm. We make software that they use and build website and software solutions for them too. We are both a SaaS and an agency.
Upshot: we need a happy, organized person that can write and think about strategy.
We are lucky in that our office is right in the center of Exeter and we have a lovely view of the river. We are casual, open, and honest with each other and clients.
