Certified Welding Inspector
Location : Henderson, Colorado
Salary : USD 28 - 35 Hourly

Position and Responsibilities :
Assess corporate conformance to the Quality Management System (QMS), AISC Certification, and ISO certification.
Assist with all inspection and testing services.
Monitor activities to ensure alignment with client expectations.
Report QMS progress, activities, and observations to the Quality Manager.
Review plans to ensure compliance with building codes, local ordinances, and zoning regulations.
Monitor construction sites and fabrication facilities to ensure overall compliance.
Use survey instruments, testing equipment, and other systems to confirm that products meet code and requirements.
Maintain daily logs, including photographs taken during inspections.
Provide written feedback related to findings.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Schedule :
Monday - Thursday : 4 : 00 AM - 2 : 30 PM or
Monday - Thursday : 2 : 30 PM - 1 : 00 AM (with shift differential)
Qualifications :
Fully competent in all conventional aspects of subject matter or functional area.
Plans and conducts work requiring judgment in independent evaluation, selection, and substantial adaptation / modification of standards.
Develops new solutions to encountered problems.
Independently performs most assignments with instruction.
Receives guidance for unusual or complex problems and supervisor approval for changes in standards.
College / university graduate or equivalent combination of skills and experience generally expected for specified technical roles.
CWI preferred.
3-5 years of welding and miscellaneous fitting experience.
