Swimming Pool Foreman – Commercial Decorative Concrete & Water Features

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Swimming Pool Foreman to join our team. This role is responsible for managing and overseeing the construction of commercial swimming pools and water features, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Our client's company specializes in decorative concrete and architectural water elements, bringing innovative and aesthetically stunning designs to life.

What We Do

Our expertise lies in commercial decorative concrete and water feature installations, including:

• Commercial Swimming Pools – Custom-designed pools for hotels, resorts, and commercial properties.

• Water Features – Fountains, splash pads, and decorative water installations.

• Stamped & Decorative Concrete – Enhancing surfaces with unique textures and patterns.

• Exposed Aggregate & Polished Concrete – Creating durable, high-end finishes.

• Custom Formed Concrete – Crafting architectural concrete elements for unique designs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise swimming pool and water feature construction projects from start to finish.

• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with project teams.

• Oversee procurement and coordination of materials, equipment, and subcontractors.

• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, enforce safety compliance, and ensure quality control.

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to resolve issues.

• Implement and enforce OSHA safety regulations on job sites.

• Lead team meetings to provide updates on project status and address concerns.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing commercial construction projects, preferably in swimming pools and water features.

• Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate a team.

• Excellent budgeting and cost management abilities.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction documents.

• In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations and job site safety.

• Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.

Pay: $33.00 - $38.00 per hour
