What are the responsibilities and job description for the Labor & Employment Attorney position at Bricker Graydon?
Bricker Graydon is currently seeking an experienced attorney to join its Labor & Employment Team. The ideal candidate will have 10 years’ experience advising and counseling clients in employment-related commercial litigation, and workplace compliance with federal and state employment laws. Experience advising clients on risk management, EEO compliance and strategies, affirmative action plans, employee disciplinary matters, litigation and dispute resolution, a plus.
Candidates should also possess excellent academic credentials, high ethical standards, strong writing, analytical and communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Must possess strong project management skills and be able to work with multiple attorneys on a variety of assignments.
