Position Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
- Expertise in design tools including Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or related.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience with design systems and strong skills related to typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Able to analyze complex problems and design simple solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; attention to details; ability to manage multiple projects
- Must be able to be hands-on and execute/deliver designs as well as provide mentorship/leadership to other designers.
- Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with responsive & adaptive design principles
- OOUX or similar framework experience
- Motion design and/or animation experience
- Lead the design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design.
- Conduct user research, analyze user behavior, and gather insights to inform design decisions.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components to ensure design consistency across products.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver intuitive and delightful user experiences.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, reviewing their work and helping them grow in their roles.
- Plan and conduct usability tests, iterate on designs based on user feedback, and continuously improve user interfaces.
- Build interactive prototypes that illustrate design concepts, transitions, and interactions.
- Keep up with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies, applying them to improve design processes and outcomes.
- Be the voice of the user, ensuring that all designs serve user needs while meeting business objectives.
Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
