Job Title : Technical Business Analyst - UI
Job Location : Atlanta, GA
Workplace Type : on-site; in office 4 days per week
Workplace Schedule : Mon through Thursday in office; Friday remote
Required Experience :
Engaging with the client in the life-cycle analyzing business requirements, detailing user stories, interacting with business and other Sr Client to detail the same for the process within the product package so as to enable optimum utilization
Worked as BA on new software application development effort under Agile mode of working
Developing mockups, screen flow, detailed screen documentation for UI developers to work from
Review requirements and solution alternatives, guide the technology team (not lead)
Guide the team in configuring the application in line with the Design Documents, plan the activities for configuration and development with PM, work with the client to get requirement clarifications and user sign off on key changes
Understanding of Financial IT processes. Understanding of collateral is a huge plus.
Position Responsibilities :
Work with Sr BA and interact with lines of business on their process design on business requirements detailing
Keep the Project Manager and Product Manager appraised of status, opportunities, and issues
Work with Project Manager and Product Manager to identify the higher-level deliverables for planning and tracking to ensure on time delivery of product
Create User acceptance Stories, maintain deliverables
Develop UI design documentation, including ability to convert business requirements into Wire Frames / Mockups (Figma), Field Mapping, Screen Flows using existing UI guidelines and input from expert UI resources
Work with lines of business to clarify understanding on business need and to seek feedback on documented solutions
Sensitively challenge both IT and lines of business to look for or consider options when issues encountered, or better options are available
Follow Epics, define features, and write stories for Agile development. Write / groom detailed user stories for Agile development
Negotiate win-win requirement solutions for both IT and lines of business
Support QA and UAT
Understand the purpose for reports vs dashboard vs UI
Open door to communication both from IT and lines of business
Work with UI teams and lines of business to quickly turn around UI prototypes
