Overview
We are seeking a part time fine dining Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness at the bar, and ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling practices.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels of beverages and supplies.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
- Stay updated on new drink recipes, trends, and promotions to enhance sales.
Requirements
- Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday nights
- Previous experience bartending in fine dining environments strongly preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices.
- Extensive knowledge of beer, wine, and liquors
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A strong sense of responsibility regarding alcohol service regulations.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $14.70 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
