What are the responsibilities and job description for the Window Treatment Sales and Installation position at Brickman's Ace Hardware?
We are an Ace Hardware store seeking a motivated and reliable individual for on-site and in-home/office measuring and installation of window blinds & shades. Prior experience is necessary, however we are willing to train the right candidate. The ability to read a measuring tape and familiarity with hand tools and drills are a must.
Responsibilities:
- Measure and install window treatments in our customer’s homes and offices
- Communicate effectively with clients, to ensure their satisfaction
- Order and receive materials
- Generation of quotes and invoices
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with customers and team members
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Physical Demands:
- Standing, walking, lifting (up to 40lbs) and climbing up and down ladders
