We are seeking Licensing Account Manager who will oversee the operational and strategic management of both in-licensing and out-licensing partnerships. This role involves business development, stakeholder collaboration, and process management to ensure seamless execution of licensing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
- Oversee daily activities for 10–20 licensing partners.
- Manage onboarding, seasonal product design kickoffs, and marketing approvals for out-licensing.
- Create pitch decks and commercial plans for in-licensing properties.
- Monitor inventory and contractual compliance across geos.
Business Development:
- Drive growth opportunities by analyzing business plans, product positioning, and distribution strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align licensing strategies with Converse's goals.
Financial Oversight:
- Monitor royalty collections, sales forecasts, and profitability metrics.
- Create P&Ls and provide quarterly status updates to stakeholders.
Legal & Contractual Support:
- Ensure adherence to licensing agreements, manage amendments, and facilitate approvals.
- Maintain contract documentation and streamline related processes.
Key Stakeholders:
- External Partners, Geo Teams (Forecasting & Merchandising), Brand, Marketing, Finance, and Legal Teams.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in licensing, merchandising, and project management.
- Strong stakeholder management and end-to-end business understanding.
- Expertise in financial analysis, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with consumer products and licensing ecosystems.
