What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at BrickRed Systems?
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our leadership team. In this role, you will manage complex calendars, coordinate domestic and international travel, handle expense reports, and plan meetings and events of varying sizes. You will also partner with stakeholders on space planning initiatives and execute special projects as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and resolve conflicts.
- Book domestic and international travel.
- Track and submit expense reports.
- Plan and coordinate meetings and events, including venue selection, catering, and AV resources.
- Assist with space planning and team moves.
- Support special projects as they arise.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
