Analytical Operation Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to provide operational and technical support for business functions, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. This role involves conducting operational analyses, advising business groups on resource allocation and initiative prioritization, and maintaining key performance metrics to drive business success.

This role will support the scaling of an Assortment Planning Tool across North America. The tool, currently housed in a complex Excel data book, needs to be streamlined for accessibility. Account Executives will use it to reference sell-in data, aiding sales to Market Partners (wholesale).

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct operational analyses to assess effectiveness, capacity utilization, and overall efficiency.
• Track, maintain, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) using business management scorecards.
• Identify inefficiencies, process bottlenecks, and root causes of operational challenges.
• Develop and implement improvement strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions, workshops, and training programs to drive continuous improvement.
• Perform process mapping and workflow documentation to optimize operations.
• Utilize tools such as flowcharts and Excel-based models to enhance process efficiency.
• Gather and analyze performance data to inform decision-making and drive strategic initiatives.

Must-Have Skills:

• 2 years of experience in Go-to-Market operations within the apparel or footwear industry, covering the sales process through market execution.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) for coding and automation.
• Proven ability to create storytelling documentation that communicates complex processes across multiple leadership levels (process mapping, data synthesis, simplifying complex topics).

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience working with a CODE calendar (countdown for product releases or wholesale go-to-market launches).
• Background in business process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to gather, track, and summarize ambiguous information effectively.
