Business Operations Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and digitally-savvy Business Operations Analyst to enhance on-time delivery performance and optimize processes between regional factory partners and buying entities. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments , has excellent relationship-building skills , and excels in managing time-sensitive, process-driven tasks

Key Responsibilities

• PO Management

Handle and resolve PO revisions, including FOB errors, surcharges, cancellations, and buy-ready issues.

Address FOB / cost discrepancies, process debit / credit notes, and support factory payment processes.

Provide daily support for factory queries, including value-added services (VAS), labeling, and packaging issues.

Build strong relationships with factory teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams like Finance, Logistics, and Inventory Planning.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.

Minimum 2 years in roles like business analytics, supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, or finance.
