What are the responsibilities and job description for the Change Manager position at BrickRed Systems?
We are looking for a Lead Change Manager to drive stakeholder engagement, adoption planning, learning development, and communication strategies that support the successful implementation of our SEC program. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Organizational Change professional with expertise in managing change for large-scale digital transformation programs, particularly ERP implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Functional Transformation Change Directors in planning and executing change initiatives.
- Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans to drive awareness and adoption of SEC initiatives.
- Conduct change impact analyses, stakeholder assessments, and people readiness evaluations to ensure successful transitions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including capability leaders, global process experts, and business representatives.
- Design, develop, and deliver learning materials, training programs, and content for diverse global audiences.
- Leverage innovative digital learning solutions to enhance training effectiveness and engagement.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and completion metrics to measure learning impact.
- Support the development of Function and Geo Adoption Plans, including training needs assessments and engagement moments.
- Create high-quality communication materials, including executive updates, stakeholder presentations, newsletters, and reports.
- Translate complex technical and specialized information into engaging and compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Collaborate across multiple communication platforms, including social media, video, and digital channels.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of change and communication strategies using data-driven insights.
Qualifications & Experience:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Adult Learning, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in Organizational Change, Communications, and Learning Development within global organizations.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience leveraging digital trends and applications to improve change management effectiveness.
Preferred:
- Experience in ERP and Global Technology rollouts.
- Background in Finance and/or Supply Chain transformation projects.
Salary : $60 - $62
