ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our Data Science and AI team . This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background and proven expertise in managing analytics-driven and AI-powered products . The ideal candidate thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments , enjoys solving complex user problems , and is passionate about driving measurable business impact through cutting-edge technology

This role focuses on Data Science Product Management , so prior experience managing AI / ML-based products is strongly preferred.

We are looking for candidates who :

  • Can craft and communicate a compelling product vision.
  • Enjoy gathering user requirements and translating them into actionable workstreams.
  • Have experience partnering with Data Science and Engineering teams to prioritize and deliver impactful results.
  • Excel in ambiguity and can consistently demonstrate measurable business impact.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Education & Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree ( MS / PhD ) in an applied quantitative field or equivalent experience at a leading-edge company.
  • 5 years of experience managing and building data science products powered by AI / ML in large organizations.

    • Expertise in AI-Powered Product Development :

  • Proven track record of collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and designers to solve user problems using AI / ML-driven platforms or tools.
  • Demonstrated experience with the end-to-end lifecycle of AI product development and deployment

    • Industry Knowledge :

  • Relevant experience in the Retail industry , including areas such as Planning Supply Chain Processes Product Creation & Merchandising Commerce Experiences Marketing , or Membership

    • Communication & Collaboration :

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication organizational skills analytical abilities , and attention to detail.
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships , remove obstacles, and enable team success.

    • Product Advocacy & Leadership :

  • Proven ability to articulate a product’s value proposition functionality , and adoption strategies , tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Strong decision-making skills in ambiguous situations , leveraging domain and industry expertise

    • Analytical Mindset :

  • Experience utilizing both qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to measure and demonstrate business value.

    • Technical Acumen :

  • In-depth understanding of technology systems and ecosystems , with the ability to support teams in overcoming roadblocks.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum Lean , and Kanban
