What are the responsibilities and job description for the Digital Studio Producer position at BrickRed Systems?
Looking for a Digital Studio Producer to support the creation of high-quality product imagery. You’ll serve as the key connection between business teams and our Design & Production Studios, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of digital assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison between business partners and the Image Art Studio.
- Manage and track the production of product images and 3D assets.
- Attend category meetings to gather information and align on design intent.
- Use project management tools (eg. Wrike, Shotgrid, Airtable) to track deliverables and deadlines.
- Ensure adherence to digital asset workflows and client's image standards.
- Support internal teams by organizing, documenting, and maintaining asset hand-offs and storage.
- Identify and resolve roadblocks, and manage any out-of-scope requests.
- Provide regular status updates and help coordinate cross-functional collaboration.

- Detail-oriented and highly organized project manager.
- Strong communicator and collaborator.
- Familiar with digital asset workflows and tools.
- Experience with 3D tools or product creation is a plus.
- Able to juggle multiple timelines and priorities across seasons.
