Margin Planning Analyst

We’re seeking a Margin Planner Analyst with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to turn financial data into actionable insights. You will play a critical role in aligning financial strategy with product creation, using data and analysis to guide decision-making and improve financial outcomes. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, is highly collaborative, and demonstrates strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate strategic margin targets into seasonal financial plans.
• Analyze the financial impact of product decisions and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to build scenario plans and optimize margins.
• Track and analyze seasonal margin performance.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis on pricing, cost, and demand factors.
• Support portfolio-level financial planning, including units and profitability.
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving overall margins.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (MBA a plus).
• 3 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or accounting.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience working with large data sets.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, including with senior leadership.
