You will play a critical role in aligning financial strategy with product creation, using data and analysis to guide decision-making and improve financial outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Translate strategic margin targets into seasonal financial plans.
- Analyze the financial impact of product decisions and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to build scenario plans and optimize margins.
- Track and analyze seasonal margin performance.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis on pricing, cost, and demand factors.
- Support portfolio-level financial planning, including units and profitability.
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving overall margins.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (MBA a plus).
- 3 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or accounting.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience working with large data sets.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, including with senior leadership.
