Marketing Communications Specialist

We are looking for a Marketing Communications Specialist to drive storytelling, brand awareness, and engagement across internal and external audiences. This role will focus on developing and executing communication strategies, creating compelling content, and managing social media channels to amplify innovation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute communication strategies to promote initiatives across multiple platforms.
• Create engaging content, including blog posts, newsletters, executive messages, and thought leadership pieces.
• Own and manage social media strategy, content calendar, and engagement across key platforms.
• Monitor and analyze social media trends, audience insights, and performance metrics to optimize content.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and support campaigns that showcase innovations.
• Manage stakeholder communications, ensuring clear, consistent, and compelling messaging.
• Support event promotion and engagement through digital storytelling and live social media coverage.
• Ensure brand consistency in all communications and social media interactions.

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in communications, public relations, or social media management.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a focus on digital and social media content.
• Experience managing corporate social media accounts, developing campaigns, and analyzing engagement.
• Ability to drive executive communications and thought leadership initiatives.
• Ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling messages for diverse audiences.
