Order Fulfillment Analyst – Custom Footwear Supply Chain

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Order Fulfillment Analyst to join our Footwear Customization Operations team. The ideal candidate thrives in an ambiguous environment, is an independent problem solver, and excels at multitasking while collaborating across teams. This role focuses on improving operations using data and analytics to drive decision-making and operational excellence across the end-to-end supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the End-to-End subject matter expert for the Footwear Customization supply chain.
• Lead and enhance operational workflows for product launches and drops.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize speed, cost, and manufacturing capacity.
• Ensure on-time shipments and consumer deliveries, analyzing data to address benchmark misses.
• Serve as the liaison between business teams, technology groups, and factory partners.
• Drive operational excellence to deliver a premium digital experience to consumers.
• Define and implement best practices using a data-driven approach.
• Present impact assessments and trade-off scenarios to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Planning, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, business, or planning.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP Purchasing module, Tableau, and Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous and matrixed organizational structures.
