Product Designer (Motion/Visual Design)

Location: Redmond,WA

We are seeking a Product Designer, who will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of designers, researchers, and content experts to create engaging and impactful experiences for users worldwide. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex design challenges, ensuring user-centered solutions that drive innovation and productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineers and perform quality assurance to maintain design integrity.
• Develop wireframes, journey maps, and user scenarios to enhance interaction design.
• Take ownership of design components within a larger system, ensuring seamless integration.
• Communicate design decisions clearly to peers and stakeholders, contributing to compelling product narratives.
• Work closely with program managers, engineers, and creative teams to define and refine product features.
• Contribute to and refine design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability.
• Deliver high-quality design work that aligns with business and user needs.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in UX design, motion design, and visual design.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma and Adobe Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end digital product design experiences.
• Ability to apply design thinking to solve complex user experience challenges.
