Product Development Engineer - Apparel & 3D Technology

We are seeking a Digital Product Development Engineer – Apparel Design to join our Digital, Tools & Training team. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for digital product development. You will play a key role in enhancing communication strategies, revamping the Global Development website, and managing digital tools that support apparel design and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Website Revamp & Digital Experience:
• Lead the revamp of the Global Development website to reflect organizational changes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external web design teams to optimize the user experience.
• Maintain and update PC101 content as needed.
• Digital Communication & Engagement:
• Develop and implement effective communication strategies, including crafting and sending monthly website emails.
• Manage joint email accounts (GDM & PC101) to ensure prompt responses to inquiries.
• Oversee Slack channels (e.g., #optitex-community) to foster team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Operational & Organizational Support:
• Ensure accuracy in data entry, scheduling, and handling administrative tasks.
• Organize schedules, documents, meetings, and resources to ensure smooth workflows.
• Proactively identify challenges and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.

Required Expertise & Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft clear and engaging content.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address operational and technical challenges.
• Highly organized with experience in managing schedules, documentation, and workflows.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience in apparel development is a plus.
• Familiarity with 3D apparel design software (CLO or similar) is beneficial.
