What are the responsibilities and job description for the RTL Design Engineer position at BrickRed Systems?
We are looking for an RTL Design Engineer to support the development of the next-generation MEIA chip . This role will involve working closely with the lead designer to analyze, debug, and integrate system blocks. It is an exciting opportunity to contribute to one of the most critical AI chips in development today.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop design specifications and test plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Implement and verify RTL (Register Transfer Level) designs for image and video processing blocks.
- Debug system blocks and support verification engineers to ensure bug-free silicon.
- Perform front-end synthesis and analyze timing results.
- Conduct CDC (Clock Domain Crossing) and Lint checks for design blocks.
- Provide insights on performance, gate count, and power optimization for digital designs.
- Integrate IPs and collaborate with multiple teams throughout the development cycle.
- Contribute to the next-generation MEIA chip development.
- Analyze chip design and assist in verification / debugging.
