We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst, OTE & Product Integrity to drive analytics capabilities and enhance operational efficiency through data automation, reporting, and visualization. This role supports critical Product Supply Chain operations by developing self-service analytics tools and improving data accuracy and insights.
Job Responsibilities:
- To be successful in this role, you should have strong data expertise and be able to:
- Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards, troubleshoot, and enhance existing reporting tools.
- Manage reporting and analytics backlogs, prioritize ad hoc requests, and align deliverables with business objectives.
- Partner with Global Tech to resolve upstream system challenges impacting data quality and visualization.
- Automate manual data collection and reporting processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
- Define and curate key metrics and KPIs to support business reviews and operational reporting.
- Provide scalable, self-service analytics solutions that empower stakeholders with easy access to insights.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development, preferably in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
- Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with ETL processes; familiarity with Alteryx, Python, or Databricks is preferred.
- Knowledge of SAP systems and supply chain operations is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to present data insights clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Must-Have Skills:
- Experience with ETL processes, data ingestion, and mapping logic.
- Ability to clean Excel files and transfer data to Snowflake or Databricks.
- Proficiency in Alteryx, Python, AND SQL.
- Experience with dashboarding tools such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
Preferred Skills:
- Background in manufacturing.
- Experience in data or software engineering.
- Strong communication skills for working with business and tech teams, identifying needs, and problem-solving.
- Ability to articulate past projects and solutions effectively.
