Senior Merchandiser

We are seeking a Senior Merchandiser to drive the strategy and execution of a diverse and profitable footwear portfolio. This role will own end-to-end merchandising, leading consumer-focused assortments and delivering integrated strategies across retail, digital, and partner channels.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in footwear within the retail or sporting goods industry, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and a strategic mindset to fuel long-term growth. You'll work closely with Planning, Account Merchandising, Sales, and Marketing to bring compelling product stories to life across multiple seasons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead seasonal and multi-season product assortment strategies tailored to consumer insights and marketplace trends.
• Partner cross-functionally to align on go-to-market strategies, sell-in tools, and execution plans.
• Analyze performance to drive informed product decisions and identify areas of growth or optimization.
• Present strategies and results to stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Influence through data, storytelling, and strong marketplace understanding.
• Accessories or Footwear experience required.
• Experience in the sports industry is mandatory.
• Proven background in buying, merchandising, or planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of merchandising, planning, or buying experience.
• Strong communication, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Able to operate independently, influence outcomes, and drive initiatives to completion.
