Senior Program Manager – Non-IT

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our CPBM Operations team. As a Program Manager, you will lead key strategic initiatives and help drive program management best practices across CPBM Operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex, multi-workstream programs
• Build program plans, track progress, and deliver value
• Partner with business leaders to align goals and outcomes
• Drive risk management and dependency tracking
• Collaborate with Change Management and L&D for smooth activation
• Contribute to program management improvements and standards
• Participate in portfolio governance for alignment and visibility

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
• 12 years of experience in Business, Operations, or related field
• 8 years in program/project management, leading complex initiatives
• PMP certification preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in matrixed environments and managing ambiguity
• Background in product creation is a plus
