Software Engineers-AI/ML

We are seeking passionate and skilled Software Engineers-AI/ML to join our team. In this role, you will develop robust analytics and machine learning solutions that directly impact business outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:

• As part of the Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) team, you’ll collaborate with global colleagues to solve machine learning challenges at scale.
• Your responsibilities will include:
• Designing and implementing scalable applications that leverage predictive models and optimization techniques to drive business impact.
• Contributing to core analytics and machine learning platforms, enabling predictive and optimization model development.
• Working in a collaborative, intellectually curious, and diverse environment where continuous learning and knowledge-sharing are encouraged.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, machine learning, or related fields.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with expertise in Python and writing robust, maintainable code.
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD automation, agile development, and test-driven development.
• Solid understanding of data structures, modeling, and software architecture.
• Hands-on experience with ETL pipelines, SQL, and data engineering.
• Expertise in MLOps, API development, or mathematical optimization is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in cloud architecture (AWS) and technologies like Spark, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Databricks, Terraform is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Must have skills:

• Strong experience in Python, algorithms, and data structures.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, database technologies (e.g., Postgres, Redis), and data processing tools (e.g., EMR).
• A track record of leading teams, delivering value, and working effectively in an agile environment.
