Strategic Planner and Project Manager Support

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Strategic Planner and Project Manager to develop and execute business strategies, conducting research, and providing data-driven insights to support decision-making. This position involves managing internal program leadership updates, resolving conflicts, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
• Analyze complex data sets and generate reports to support informed decision-making and optimize business strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with program goals and objectives.
• Prepare executive-quality presentations and reports, summarizing key insights and providing strategic recommendations.
• Lead through conflict by facilitating resolutions and ensuring progress toward key milestones.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies.
• Support senior leadership in managing strategic initiatives and project coordination.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in executive-level reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and ability to produce high-quality deliverables.
• Critical thinker with problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in strategic planning, consulting, or market research, particularly within transformational technology initiatives.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools ( Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
