What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supply Chain Coordinator position at BrickRed Systems?
We are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to support our team while several full-time employees are on temporary leave. This role focuses on ensuring the right inventory is delivered to the right store at the right time by assisting with supply chain coordination and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a corporate supply chain environment and be comfortable managing international logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Allocators and management in maintaining inventory levels that align with business strategies.
- Support the development and communication of markdown strategies to optimize inventory flow.
- Conduct basic analyses of location performance and compile related reports.
- Collaborate with distribution centers, supply chain, planning, and business units to support financial and product strategies.
- Work with international shipping and North American transportation, managing origin operations from Asia to North America, as well as air and ocean transportation from the US and Canada.
- Maintain administrative tasks and ensure accuracy within SAP by creating reports and making necessary corrections.
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in supply chain coordination within a corporate environment.
- Experience working with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ability to create reports and correct errors within SAP system.
- Experience in international logistics.(Preferred)
- SAP experience.
