We are seeking a User Experience (UX) Designer 2 with handson experience in SharePoint Online and a foundational understanding of AI technologies . The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a visually dynamic environment possesses strong problemsolving abilities and excels in collaborative settings.
Job Responsibilities :
Design and develop SharePoint architecture sites pages and solutions based on business requirements.
Integrate SharePoint sites with other business applications to ensure seamless workflow.
Collaborate with teams to optimize site content and ensure usability best practices.
Implement security and access controls for both internal and external users.
Monitor and enhance SharePoint performance troubleshoot issues and apply necessary fixes.
Work with IT teams to develop advanced search functionality including AIpowered search bots to improve data retrieval.
Automate site and document governance workflows to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Qualifications :
Musthave : Handson experience with SharePoint Online including design and development.
Nicetohave : Basic experience with AI technologies particularly in enhancing user interaction and search functionalities.
Ability to work in a graphicheavy environment with attention to detail.
Strong problemsolving skills and a usercentered design approach.
Excellent listening and communication skills to gather requirements and refine solutions.
