User Experience Designer

We’re seeking a seasoned User Experience Designer who will take the lead on developing innovative and strategic solutions that enhance user experiences while aligning with our brand and business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong design vision, a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, and the ability to execute high-quality design experiences that resonate with consumers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall design direction for multiple projects, ensuring alignment with brand values and business goals.
• Conduct and facilitate innovative problem-solving workshops, promoting collaboration within cross-functional teams.
• Design and implement strategic solutions that evolve the user experience for our e-commerce platforms.
• Balance high-level vision and detail-focused execution to deliver frictionless experiences for our users.
• Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in UX design, applying insights to improve user engagement and satisfaction.

Additional Skills:

• Proven experience in user experience design, particularly in the e-commerce space.
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or equivalent.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for user-centered design principles.
• Ability to thrive in collaborative team environments and contribute to creative discussions.
• Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and design iterations based on feedback.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions clearly.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in User Experience Design or related field.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, including strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
