Vendor Data Quality Analyst

We are seeking Vendor Data Quality Analyst who will will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of Global Direct Vendor database. Analyze, validate, and improve vendor data—including address, city, state, country, postal code, and geolocation—using advanced data validation tools. Collaborating with supplier managers, data stewards, and business owners, you will verify and implement necessary changes while delivering actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run vendor data through validation tools and identify errors.
• Decide which updates can be automated and which need manual review.
• Work with supplier managers and data stewards to confirm changes.
• Make bulk updates to the system while ensuring data accuracy.
• Track project milestones, update the team, and report issues.
• Share insights and recommendations with leadership.

Required Skills:

• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data cleaning).
• Good project coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to present findings using PowerPoint.
• Experience working with global teams.
• Knowledge of SQL and Python for data tasks.
• Experience with Tableau for data visualization.
• Familiarity with address validation and geospatial data.
