Key Responsibilities
- Open and close the store, including handling cash management and securing the premises.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, providing product knowledge, and assisting with purchases.
- Support the management team in daily operations, including inventory control, trading, merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness.
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales goals and deliver a positive shopping experience.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in training and developing new team members.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care.
- High school diploma or equivalent; retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Previous leadership experience in a retail setting is a plus.
- Results oriented, performance and sales driver. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable, responsible, ethical, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
