As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store and providing assistance to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling Buy and Sell Transactions: Assist customers with buying and selling LEGO sets, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
- Maintain Store Cleanliness: Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times to enhance the shopping experience for customers.
- Greet Customers: Warmly greet customers as they enter the store, offer assistance, and provide information about current promotions or special events.
- Assist with Events: Collaborate with team members to plan and execute store events, including LEGO building contests, themed promotions, and community outreach initiatives.
- Provide Product Knowledge: Stay informed about new LEGO releases, promotions, and product features to effectively assist customers and drive sales.
