Each Bricks & Minifigs location is locally owned, and part of a nationwide franchise, headquartered in Orem, UT.
Bricks & Minifigs is a LEGO buy, sell, trade & birthday party retail store. We offer a wide variety of new and retired LEGO sets, as well as selling bulk bricks, and individual minifigures.

Responsibilities may include but not limited to…
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing the sales floor, high volume inventory, and social media accounts
- Assist in managing hiring, retention and training of staff members
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
- Ensure high level of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.
- Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
- Help deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.)
- Be a shining example of exemplary behavior and high performance through our values
- Help with any additional store manager duties as needed
- Assist with events, marketing and social media campaigns, preparing product, some off-site events and handling customer trading and selling activities
Prior retail management experience and customer service skills are required. A background in financial planning/budgeting, employee recruitment, or sales management is preferred but not required. LEGO knowledge is not required, although experience with the product will be helpful.
Minimum 18 years of age is required for this position. Must be able to lift a minimum of 35 lbs.

Pay Range: $37,000-40,000

Experience level:
- Management role: 2 years
- Skilled with Word, Excel, Point-of-Sale systems
- Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
- Loss prevention and cash management experience (Preferred)
- Experience with procurement and negotiation (Preferred)
- Familiar with LEGO product and themes (Preferred)
Positions Supervised:
- Senior Store Associates, Store Associates Full time and Part time
Working Days, Hours, and Conditions:
- Full Time, Weekdays and Weekends, Open and Close Shifts, including specified holidays
- Same schedule rotates every four weeks except for November & December
- 8-hour shift with 30-minute lunch break
- Physically able to lift and move heavy boxes and stand for long periods of time
