Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Pad Printer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various printing techniques such as screen printing or Pad printing, with a keen eye for quality, precision and attention to detail.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Proper set-up of Pad printing press to ensure proper registration, ink viscosity, color and print quality per work instructions
- Read and understand production orders and make sure all instructions are followed
- Check / monitor parts during production run for quality, and make corrective adjustments as needed to meet quality standards
- Responsible for meeting established productivity / performance standards on all jobs
- Laser engraving printing plates
- Mixing inks and solvents
- Prepare files for print using Adobe Illustrator
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality at all times

- Ability to plan and organize work activities with a focus on efficiency
- Ability to work under time constraints with changing priorities under minimal supervision
- Must be able to follow directions and work in a team environment
Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Printing work experience either screen printing or Pad printing
- Previous experience in manufacturing environment is a plus
Hourly Pay Range: $20.00-$35.00 based off skill level upon starting
