About the Role
In this role, you'll be responsible for supervising a team of caregivers, including Licensed Practical Nurses, Care Specialists (CNA), and other personnel. You'll work closely with our interdisciplinary care team to assess resident needs, develop individualized care plans, and evaluate nursing care.
You'll also be responsible for ensuring that our residents receive timely and effective care, and that our caregivers have the resources and support they need to provide excellent care.
