Key Responsibilities :
Lead the management team in formulating and executing a business strategy that addresses all facets of facility operations, prioritizing tasks and assigning roles effectively. Oversee departmental activities, communicate essential policies, evaluate team performance, provide constructive feedback, and guide as necessary.
Conduct regular assessments to ensure nursing care is delivered effectively, support departments are operational, the facility maintains a high standard of cleanliness, staff morale is positive, and resident needs are prioritized.
Demonstrate exemplary customer service to both internal and external stakeholders while actively promoting our Health and Rehabilitation Services customer service initiatives and business goals.
Utilize feedback from surveys to identify and enhance areas of importance as highlighted by our customers.
Ensure optimal use of consultants and support resources, fostering strong interdepartmental teamwork throughout the organization.

Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree required
Current licensure as a Health Facility Administrator in the practicing state
Completion of the company EDIT Program and / or prior experience in a leadership role as an Executive Director
Proven experience in performance management and effective leadership
Availability to travel, including potential overnight stays
Must demonstrate a commitment to regular attendance
