Key Responsibilities :
Lead facility management staff in crafting and executing a comprehensive business plan focused on optimizing facility operations. Establish priorities and delegate tasks efficiently.
Conduct regular assessments of nursing care, support department operations, facility cleanliness, staff morale, and responsiveness to resident needs.
Demonstrate outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders by championing our Health and Rehabilitation Services initiatives.
Utilize feedback and survey data to identify and address areas of improvement as defined by our clients.
Ensure effective utilization of consultants and resources while fostering strong interdepartmental teamwork.

Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree required.
Valid Health Facility Administrator license in the state of practice.
Completion of the EDIT Program and / or previous experience as an Executive Director is preferred.
Proven experience in performance management and effective leadership.
Willingness to travel, including potential overnight stays.
