- Assure effective quality nursing care is delivered through utilization of the nursing process.
- Develop individualized plans of care in collaboration with residents, responsible parties, and interdisciplinary care teams.
- Implement plans of care consistently, effectively, and cost-efficiently, focusing on resident-centered outcomes.
