Responsibilities include assessing resident needs, administering nursing care, and evaluating nursing care. The role requires strong leadership skills and a valid LPN license. We rely on our Unit Manager to provide independent supervision and support to both residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective quality nursing care is delivered through utilization of the nursing process.
- Develop individualized plans of care in collaboration with residents/responsible parties and interdisciplinary teams.
- Implement plans of care consistently, effectively, and cost-efficiently, focusing on resident-centered outcomes.
Requirements:
- Must hold a current LPN license in the practicing state.
- Must hold a current CPR certification.
- Recent clinical experience or education specific to geriatrics.
- Capable of maintaining regular attendance.
