Nursing Leadership Transition Specialist Opportunity
We are seeking an exceptional Nursing Leadership Transition Specialist to join our team at Brickyard Healthcare. In this critical role, you will oversee the nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care and compliance with regulations during leadership transitions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing clinical aspects of state or federal government survey processes. They will also schedule and perform rounds to monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care. Additionally, they will maintain regular and ongoing communication with our Medical Director to identify educational needs for staff and provide quality care and services.
This position requires a graduate of an accredited school of Nursing and a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN). We seek individuals with minimum five (5) years management or supervisory experience in long-term care or acute care. Restorative or geriatric nursing experience is preferred.
