Job Description
This role involves assessing resident needs, developing individual care plans, administering nursing care, and evaluating nursing care. The successful candidate will also supervise Licensed Practical Nurses, Care Specialists (CNA), and other personnel.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate knowledge and skills of current nursing practices to deliver and maintain optimum resident care and comfort.
- Collaborate with physician and/or other healthcare professionals by sharing information relevant to changing plans of care.
- Supervise nursing staff, including LPNs and CNAs, and ensure quality outcomes through individualized care plans.
