About the Job
As a Weekend Nurse Supervisor at Brickyard Healthcare, you'll be responsible for providing independent supervision of the delivery of care to a group of residents in a nursing unit. This includes assessing resident needs, developing individualized care plans, administering nursing care, and evaluating nursing care.
You'll also supervise Licensed Practical Nurses, Care Specialists (CNA), and other personnel, ensuring that they have the resources and support they need to provide excellent care.
In addition to your clinical responsibilities, you'll also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
As a Weekend Nurse Supervisor, you'll work closely with our interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement plans of care that meet the unique needs of each resident. You'll also be responsible for identifying opportunities for quality improvement and implementing changes that enhance the care we deliver.
