Operate vehicle in accordance with applicable traffic laws, Company Vehicle Policy, state and federal regulations
Follow company guidelines for vehicle maintenance and reporting vehicle malfunctions, traffic accidents, etc.
Maintains cleanliness of vehicle – both interior and exterior
Maintains proper forms in vehicles
Understand, comply with and promote all rules regarding residents' rights; promote positive relationships with residents, visitors, and regulators, to include presenting a professional appearance and attitude
Immediately report any hazardous conditions, equipment, accidents and / or incidents
Attend and participate in training, educational activities and staff meetings; assist in orientation and training other staff
Qualifications :
Must have current Driver's License that meets the state's specific requirement and have an acceptable MVR upon hire and annually thereafter
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
Must have the ability to understand and apply training, and in-service education
