Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Leading the sales team to hit goals and elevate client experiences
- Prime appointments
- Assisting brides in finding their dream gown, creating memorable in store experiences
- Ensure communications and experience are aligned with our core values
- Address/resolve customer issues
- Ensuring messages/voicemails/tasks and texts are replied to in a timely manner
- Creating and managing the staff schedule (including pos updates)
- Moderating appointments and stepping in to support complex sales
- Providing feedback, coaching, and corrective action as needed
- Conducting weekly check-ins and quarterly one-on-ones with staff
- Collaborating on inventory management and supply procurement
- Overseeing daily tasks and ensuring store cleanliness and organization
- Running weekly sales reports and implementing plans when goals aren’t met
- Updating the team on process changes and leading new hire training
- Supporting department managers to keep all operations aligned

Compensation
Starting base pay hourly is $20-$23, plus the ability to earn tips and bonuses. Full-time employees may receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance with the company contributing up to 50%, 401k matching up to 4%, earned PTO, 6 paid holidays.
Hours
Our full time employment is about 34 hours per week. The schedule is Mon, Tues, Thurs 12:30-8pm, Fri & Sat 9:30-4pm. There may be days when we stay up to 30 minutes after close to finish up with a customer. We also have a store meeting once a month where we come in 30 minutes early on a Saturday. Saturdays are our busiest and most magical days in the store, you must be willing to work each weekend for this position.
Ideal Sales Manager Qualifications- Education & Background
- Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in managing in a retail, sales, or hospitality leadership environment
- Must have reliable transportation, able to be on your feet in a fast paced environment all day, and can lift 30 lbs
- Preferred:
- Experience in bridal, luxury fashion, or personal styling
- Training in leadership, communication, or coaching
