Bridal Rack NY, established in 2023, is the sister store of Lotus Bridal salons, a trusted name in the bridal industry for over 20 years. Bridal Rack was created to cater to brides seeking a stunning gown at deeply discounted prices or those looking for the convenience of purchasing off the rack. In addition to bridal gowns, we also offer evening wear, available for special order or off the rack, along with sample sale veils and accessories.
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Bridal Salon Manager to inspire our team, drive sales, and create unforgettable moments for every bride. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills, the ability to motivate and manage a team, and a strong understanding of the bridal industry. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills are essential, along with being technologically savvy, as Bridal Rack continues to expand its online sales and digital presence.

- 2 – 3 years of previous experience in retail management or leadership position in a related field.
- High level of business acumen and financial decision making ability to ensure salon is constantly well managed and performing to KPI’s
- Ability to prioritize, delegate and manage multiple tasks and projects at one time
- Impeccable presentation and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Technology savvy so that you can maximize efficiencies and utilize it to streamline our processes and online presence.
- Motivated to continuously learn about the bridal industry and ongoing professional development.
- Ability to grasp and communicate designer knowledge, garment fit and alterations options confidently.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer base, store traffic, drive sales and optimize profitability.
- Lead by example to ensure an exceptional customer experience, providing personalized service that exceeds brides’ expectations.
- Train, motivate, and mentor staff to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor and report on sales targets, buying trends, customer needs, and store performance.
- Conduct weekly meetings and 1:1 meetings with staff to ensure the level of education, career development and product knowledge is prioritized.
- Inventory management, inventory processes and stock counts to provide accurate recording of stock items
- Address customer and staff concerns professionally, including handling complaints and grievances.
- Oversee daily operations, alterations, order management, billing, and inputting of inventory.
- Partner with in house and off-site seamstresses to ensure best customer experience and satisfaction.
- Foster new relationships to build a larger network of seamstresses to accommodate the growth of our business and have open communication to ensure our brides are taken cared of to the level we expect.
- Manage the appointment schedule to ensure maximum bookings and smooth flow.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising.
- Create staff schedules and ensure staffing levels are adequate to salon traffic.
- Systematically review store processes to be continuously streamlined and efficient and adjust as needed.
- Oversea that content is created and published for social media and marketing.
- Develop our online sales presence through resale websites like oncewed.com or stillwhite.com.
** Working Saturdays and Sundays is required **
