We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced professional to assist in establishing a senior group home business. The ideal candidate will have expertise in group home licensing, policy development, and operational setup. This role involves guiding the business through all phases of development, including paperwork, compliance, and creating a strong operational foundation to ensure a safe, comfortable, and efficient environment for senior residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Licensing & Compliance: Assist with preparing and filing necessary paperwork for state and local licensing, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.
- Policy Development: Create and implement comprehensive policies and procedures that align with state laws, industry standards, and best practices for senior care.
- Operational Setup: Develop operational strategies, including resident care plans, staffing structures, and daily operational workflows.
- Financial Planning: Provide guidance on budgeting, financial management, and funding sources for the group home business.
- Facility Setup: Offer recommendations on facility layout, equipment, and resources to optimize safety and comfort for senior residents.
