Maintenance Manager
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the repairs and maintenance of all equipment and tools used in the manufacturing warehouse, while acting as the contact for emergency situations that affect the ability to run business. Additionally, the manager will assess and consider the safety of our employees and the security of our assets.
Primary Responsibilities:

Routine, preventative and emergency maintenance for manufacturing equipment and tools.

Implements a preventative and routine maintenance program on all equipment.

Prepares and maintains all logs, charts, and other required documents for each piece of equipment.

Equipment Repairs as needed.

Coordinate and trach preventative maintenance.

Develop and implement continuous improvements.

Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations

Respond promptly and efficiently to any maintenance calls that arise.

Any and other duties assigned by site supervisors and managers.
Requirements:
-
3-5 years of machinery maintenance experience
-
Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
-
Forklift certified or able to obtain a certification.

Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.

Wearing the required safety personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to the safety rules and regulations

Must be familiar with manufacturing equipment such as: 515 & 25k forklifts, plasma tables, beamlines, welding machinery, small industrial tools, vertical saw, and air compressors.
Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to stand for long periods of time, walk, reach, climb, stood, kneel, crouch/crawl and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds

Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance, vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts, high, unsafe places; fumes/ airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; outside weather conditions; risk of electrical shock and vibration
