Job Summary
Bridge Community Development Center Mississippi is seeking a dedicated Behavioral Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and possess knowledge in behavioral health or special education. As a Behavioral Specialist, you will be responsible for working with the Behavior Consultant who will conduct diagnostic evaluations. You will implement behavioral interventions, and collect data to support individualized treatment plans.
Duties
- Work with the Behavior Consultant to conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess behavioral needs
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques to support positive behavior change
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Collaborate with Bridge team members to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Maintain accurate and confidential service notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Provide support and guidance to families on behavioral strategies and techniques
Experience
- Previous experience desired with working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis methods
- Knowledge of terminology related to behavioral health
- Familiarity with applied behavior analysis principles is preferred

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
