Job Title: Technical Delivery Manager Salesforce & ERP Solutions
Location: King of Prussia, PA (Onsite) (4 days/week)

Mode of Client interview: virtual / if needed has to go for face to face at the client location
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Lead the end-to-end delivery of .NET, Salesforce, and ERP solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and expectations while ensuring client satisfaction.
Team Management: Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of .NET developers, Salesforce consultants, and ERP specialists, ensuring effective collaboration and skill development.
Technical Oversight: Provide technical direction and guidance to ensure best practices are followed in .NET development, Salesforce integration, and ERP system customization.
Solution Design: Collaborate with business analysts and solution architects to design scalable, high-performing systems, integrating .NET applications with Salesforce and ERP platforms.
Agile Methodology: Manage projects using Agile methodologies, leading sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives to ensure project progress and team alignment.
Resource & Risk Management: Oversee resource allocation, budget management, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure project delivery on time and within budget.
System Integration: Lead the integration of .NET solutions with Salesforce and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), ensuring seamless data flow and system functionality.
Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes, tools, and methodologies to optimize performance and client outcomes.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation, including technical specifications, status reports, and change management records.
Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or blockers that arise during project delivery, ensuring minimal impact on timelines and quality.
Technical Skills:
Expertise in .NET development, including C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce implementation, customization, and integration.
Solid understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and system integrations.
Experience with SQL databases, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and version control systems (Git, TFS).
Leadership Experience: Proven track record in managing and mentoring technical teams, driving collaboration, and fostering a high-performance culture.
Agile Experience: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience leading Agile project teams.
Client Interaction: Experience managing client relationships, understanding business needs, and delivering tailored technical solutions.
Certifications: Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure, .NET Developer) and Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer) are a plus.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with clients and internal teams effectively.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex technical challenges.
