Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled UX Designer to join our team onsite in King of Prussia, PA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user-centered design principles, experience with design tools such as Figma, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative UX solutions that align with user needs and business goals.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine design solutions.
- Develop and maintain design documentation, including style guides and design systems.
- Analyze user behaviors and market trends to continuously improve the user experience.
- Ensure designs are responsive and accessible across different devices and platforms.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and synthesizing feedback.
- Familiarity with responsive design and accessibility standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on onsite projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks is a plus.
